The narrator is a magician who beckons you in his surreal world. A world of make believe. A spider webbing its skill around you. Headlong, you fell. Or called his bluff? I have burnt the 'night-oil' over such dreams and some left stranded. What makes you pick up a dream? The author? The beguiling 'gist'? Word of mouth?
Do you feel the jitters trying out a new dreamer? Do you have qualms - am I gonna be disappointed or will be swept of my feet? The known hand disappoints too, many a time. They stop dreaming the way it should have been and just try to tell a story. Maniacal pace or lack of it, thereof. Quirky characters. Someone having too close a resemblance. All guiles for the gullible. And, you? Bewitched. Disillusioned. Unimpressed. Try harder next time, you say.
There it lies. Amongst the heap of tales. Could you find it? Don't read the story. Live the dream.
